RV Lots

$900/month

Long-term rate: $900/month + $900 deposit + utilities (billed separately)

Our spacious RV lots provide plenty of room for your home on wheels. Whether you have a small travel trailer or a large Class A motorhome, we can accommodate your needs with full hookups and convenient amenities.

Important Policies & Guidelines

Please review these important policies before reserving your space:

  • Vehicle Limit: Maximum 2 vehicles per RV lot
  • Pets Welcome: Pets are allowed with responsible ownership. Please clean up after your pets and keep them leashed in common areas.
  • Utility Trailers: No utility trailers permitted on RV sites. Storage area available for $150/month.
  • Internet/WiFi: No park-wide WiFi available. Residents must arrange their own internet service (mobile hotspot, satellite, or local provider).
  • Deposit Required: Security deposit equal to monthly rent for RV lots.
  • Utilities: All utilities (electric, water, sewer) are metered separately and billed based on actual usage.
  • Lease Terms: Long-term residents preferred. We're building a community!
